3. The Worker’s Complaint
A worker complained to a friend, “We do all the work, yet the team leader gets the praise, and the manager takes all the credit. It’s unfair.”
The friend smiled and said, “Look at your watch. You first check the hour hand, then the minute hand, but you don’t even glance at the second hand, which is the one working the hardest.”
Insight: In everyday life, when you feel things are unfair, strive to be proactive. Complaining alone is useless.
